Driver Fitting

The driver strike happens at your highest recorded speed of the round, which means it's also the single spot in the bag where a compression mismatch shows up loudest on the readout. We run the head, shaft, and ball together, as one system, rather than three separate decisions.

Bay Instrumentation

Twelve Data Points, Cross-Checked Every Swing

Two sensors run simultaneously on the bay — a Doppler radar unit behind you and an overhead camera array — and cross-check each other on ball speed, launch window, spin package, and face-to-path numbers for every single rep, not a sampled average pulled from your best three swings.

Once we have a real baseline, we start swapping variables one at a time: head first, then shaft, then ball model, watching how the combined numbers shift rather than judging any one part in isolation.

Six Levers, Tested in Sequence

Static Loft

An adjustable hosel gives us half-degree increments. Players who strike down on the ball almost always need a couple more degrees of built-in loft than the number stamped on the sole suggests.

Shaft Mass

Total shaft weight has more influence on transition timing than the printed flex letter does. We step through three or four weight classes before locking a flex.

Ball Compression Band

Your measured clubhead speed sets the band up front, so the ball rack narrows before we ever pull a second head off the wall.

Head MOI

A higher moment of inertia resists twisting on strikes away from center. Players working on shot-shaping intentionally sometimes prefer a lower-MOI head instead.

Overall Length

Center-strike percentage usually matters more for real-world distance than the extra clubhead speed a longer shaft theoretically unlocks.

CG Placement

Moving mass low and back in the head raises launch and trims spin independently of loft — useful for players chasing carry without adding degrees.

Four Patterns We See Most Often

The Push-Slice

Path pointing right of target with a face that's open relative to it. Loft and shaft profile can quiet the curve while you address the underlying path.

Falling Out of the Sky

Not enough spin for the launch angle you're producing. The fix is usually a small loft or CG change rather than a whole new head category.

Speed That Doesn't Show Up as Carry

Clean-sounding contact but flat ball speed readings almost always trace to a compression mismatch — the ball on the tee wasn't built for the speed you're delivering it at.

Wide Face Scatter

Contact wandering across the face rather than clustering shows up clearly on the overhead camera and usually calls for more MOI, not a different swing thought.
